Someone not appearing in Favourites
For someone to appear in your Favourites section, you must have has an extended chat with them, which means you both must have hit the green Extend button during the Live Chat.
If they are not appearing in your Favourites section, they may have removed you from theirs. But that’s ok, it’s a jungle out there – many more matches about!
